How it works: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@naeri.co and we'll arrange a refund or replacement. You don't need to send back a used product to qualify — just tell us what went wrong.

Damaged or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or full refund right away.

Refund timing: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Duplicate or accidental charge? If you were billed more than once for the same order, email us and we'll refund the duplicate charge.
