Shipping policy

Shipping cost: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order, so you'll always see the exact amount before you pay.

Processing time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During new launches, sales, or holiday periods this can take a little longer.

Delivery time: Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it's on its way.

Tracking your order: As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link — keep an eye on your inbox, and check your spam or promotions folder just in case. You can also track anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Delays: Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands, and occasional delays (weather, customs, peak periods) can happen. If your order seems stuck, email us at hello@naeri.co and we'll chase it down for you.

Wrong address? Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you catch a mistake, contact us right away at hello@naeri.co and we'll fix it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
